Belarus - Engaged citizens as state enemies

One of my goals is to make sure we, as citizens, know that we must change society when things aren’t right. I told a group of students how lucky (is it luck?) we are not to live under an oppressive or authoritarian rule. The recent obscenities in Belarus make me sad, mad and frustrated that our Cassandrian world seems powerless to intervene.
