The tech billionaires think they’re above the law!

Good work by The Atlantic, the New Zealand Society of Authors and local libraries to draw attention to Meta stealing copyrighted material from Aotearoa to train their AI engines. It’s not just unethical, it's illegal and they need to compensate authors. I’ll keep an eye on their fight though, sadly, I don’t hold out much hope. The current world has become a neoliberal playground.
