Social/media business opportunity

One of my characters needs to keep up with the news but can’t stand social media (it’s always nice to throw your own traits into the odd character). If you want to know why just read anything from David Seymour’s social media echo-chamber.

The answer - a service that reads through news sites, prominent blogs and social media and builds a list of items that I should keep an eye on. It would need to be personalised to me so, over time, they would need to have a large enough client base to support the effort.

As my books are set in the near future, my character is delivered, effectively, her own version of the evening newspaper!
