Attacking journalism is attacking democracy

New Zealand has, sadly, imported the populist narrative that media organisations (those who maintain journalistic standards) are enemies of the people. I tip my hat to our journalists covering not just the current fiasco in Wellington, but all stories in the bid they we, the public, are better able to make informed, non-rabbit-hole inspired decisions.
